Teaching with a little motherhood and marriage thrown in for spice.
For years, I've taught SDC classes at a middle school. I love my job, but with the impending arrival of a third child, I'm leaving work outside the home to be a SAHM. I'm excited, nervous and a little terrified to be at home all day with my rug rats. I currently have two kids, not counting the impending arrival. Drama Queen is 11, going on 38, and a soon-to-be sixth grader. She is beautiful, frighteningly brilliant and fully aware of both. Missy Hoohaw is my 20 month old. She is also beautiful and smart, but unlike her sister, tough as nails. Her first word was puppy and she loves animals of all kinds, but especially our not-so- bright Great Dane mix, Angus. Yes. He is named for the guitarist from Ac/DC. I have been married for almost four years to the wonderful Mr. Clairol. Not my first husband, but definitely my last. He's funny and crazy and is keeping me from taking myself too seriously. He's really into old Volkswagons and 80's metal. Scary thing is, it's rubbing off on me!
